Dosage matters…a lot!
I hear more and more people say things along the lines of, if you can’t pronounce something then don’t it eat…Supposedly “processed” or “junk” food contains chemicals…but what isn’t processed nowadays?
You get your salmon from the local fishmongers, then throw it into a pan with coconut oil…isn’t there a degree of processing taking place there?! So what we should and shouldn’t eat now comes down to linguistics?
How many times have you heard ‘quinoa’ mispronounced?
Are there (m)any foods that are so bad, that we should avoid? And by merely ingesting them we’ll become overweight, or sick…or even die?
So…If you’re a believer of moderation, great! Likewise if you believe abstaining is the way forward, great! Both approaches require a level of skill, don’t forget context which is key.
Let’s just calm down, relax, and enjoy food. Do as much exercise as time allows you, or stay as active as you can.
