Kevin’s fitness and nutrition coaching is tailored towards you and your lifestyle throughout. He’ll guide you towards your goals, with continued education in health, fitness and nutrition.

Kevin entered the fitness industry in 2010, and have developed his services through working with different people including, those looking to tone up and lose weight, busy city workers, young athletes, menopausal women, and people recovering from injuries and surgery.

With Kevin there’ll be a big emphasis on education, so that you can learn and develop the skill of integrating things you enjoy into your life, without feeling like you’re on a restricted plan.

Fats are now good for you; it’s carbohydrates that are bad, right? Using light weights to perform high repetitions will help you ‘tone’ up and burn more calories, correct? Oh, and HIIT training…that’s meant to be really good too isn’t it?
